I was looking for something I could use in the cooler months in Northern California.The helmet arrived in great condition, well packaged, double boxed and in its own bag. It is a great fit, form and function. As I have read some of the other reviews for other helments from this manufacture, they do tend to run a little smaller. I have a Scorpion Large and its a little loose. This large fits great. Functions are easy to control and work smooth. It does have some wind noise but I am riding without a windshield and the levels are acceptable. The DOT sticker is permanant as state law requires unlike some other cheap knockoff brands. For the price I expected a cheaper feel and function for this product. But if I was looking at this helment in a store I would expect to pay more just from a quality aspect. When I ordered this item it did not give me the option to select that it was a gift, however; he is extremely happy with his gift. Fit is good and the shades are cool. We also like that it is DOT rated. It took a good 10 minutes before we figured out how to flip the bottom part up. He hasnt actually ridden with it on yet. Shipping was fast.
